Hangar-7 is bringing a new culinary attraction to Salzburg's Old Town!
From February 1 to April 30, 2025, the exclusive "A Hangar-7 Pop-Up" will open its doors and invite gourmets and food enthusiasts to a unique culinary experience.

"A Hangar-7 Pop-Up" is more than just a charming day bar. The focus is on the art of tartare – a specialty that is celebrated here in a new way. Guests have the opportunity to create their own tartare from a variety of exquisite ingredients. Whether you prefer classic meat, fish, or vegetarian, are interested in an exotic Thai variation, love the French style, or want to discover one of our many other international creations – there is something for every taste. A selection of the finest drinks, noble wines, and champagne perfectly rounds off your culinary experience. For enjoyment at home, we also offer our diverse tartare creations as take-away.
