Hangar-7 is bringing a new culinary attraction to Salzburg's Old Town!
From February 1 to April 30, 2025, the exclusive "A Hangar-7 Pop-Up" will open its doors and invite gourmets and food enthusiasts to a unique culinary experience.
Le Tatar is the second culinary attraction that serves as a pop-up location to pleasantly shorten the waiting time until the reopening of Hangar-7. The name says it all, as the charming day bar at Getreidegasse 47 celebrates the art of tartar in all its facets. In addition to the classic recipe with beef, guests can choose salmon, tuna, Styrian mountain shrimp, or – in a vegetarian version – braised Jerusalem artichoke as the main ingredient. The pure taste of the base dish is individually refined with various marinades, accompanying components, and toppings. Eight seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and the diverse tartar creations are also offered as take-away.
