Spending time with friends and family... and a sunny day always helps too.
Which restaurant in the world would you like to dine at?
There is more than one but at the top of my list is l'Osteria Francescana*** by Massimo Bottura.
If you could invite a famous person to dinner, who would it be?
As a Juventus Turin fan, I would choose Gianluigi Buffon.
What distinguishes the Italian guest from the Austrian guest? Is there a difference?
There are no major differences between Italian and Austrian guests. For us, every guest is the same... although I'm always happy to serve an Italian guest.
What feeling do you want to convey to your guests?
Guests need to feel at home, relax and enjoy their visit to the restaurant. They should have a comprehensive culinary experience.
