All clear for Red Bull Paper Wings World Finals 2019 takeoff

In May the world’s best pilots will again take on each other at the Red Bull Paper Wings World Finals in the iconic Hangar–7, home of the Flying Bulls in Salzburg, Austria on May 17 to 18. There are three categories for the finals – longest airtime, longest distance and aerobatics. But a word of warning: The goal is to fly, not to land.

Forget kerosene, jet engines and cockpits – Red Bull Paper Wings takes just one piece of paper and its inventor and pilot's ingenuity and skills and challenges them to fly their paper aeroplane further and longer than any of their rivals. After 'qualiflyers' featuring thousands of participants in countries worldwide, finalists from all corners of the globe will descend on the glittering Hangar-7 venue in Salzburg in May for the Red Bull Paper Wings World Final. Who will win the 2019 title?

Period

From May 17 to May 18 2019 at Hangar-7 with free admission.
